Amazing 3 Day Diet


Day 1
Breakfast Lunch Dinner
1/2 Grapefruit or Juice
1 Slice Toast
2 Teaspoon Peanut Butter
Black Coffee or Tea
1/2 cup Tuna or Chicken
1 Slice Toast or Cheese
Black Coffee or Tea
2 slices any type meat (3oz) or
   small steak broiled
1 cup String Beans
1 cup Beets or Carrots
1 small Apple
1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream
Day 2
Breakfast Lunch Dinner
1 Egg
1/2 Banana
1 Slice Toast
Black Coffee or Tea
1 cup Cottage Cheese or
   1/2 cup Tuna
5 Saltine Crackers
1 Diet Soft Drink
2 Hot Dogs
1 cup Broccoli or Cabbage
1/2 cup Carrots
1/2 Banana
1/2 cup Vanilla Ice Cream
Day 3
Breakfast Lunch Dinner
5 Saltine Crackers
1 Slice Cheddar Cheese
1 Small Apple
Black Coffee or Tea
1 hard boiled Egg
1 Slice Toast
1/2 cup Tuna
1 Diet Soft Drink
1 cup Tuna or Chicken or Turkey
1 cup Beets or Carrots
1 cup Cauliflower or Greens
1/2 Cantaloupe or 1 Banana
1/2 cup Vanilla Ice Cream

Remarks:The diet works on a chemical breakdown and it's proven. Do not vary or substitute any of the above foods. Salt and pepper may be added. No other seasonings. Where no quantity is given there are no restrictions, other than common sense. This diet is to be used 3 days at a time. In three days you should lose ten pounds. After 3 days, you may eat normally. After eating normally for 4 days, start back on the 3 day diet. You can lose up to 40 pounds a month if you stick to it. This is a safe diet.

Remember: Do not snack between meals. You are allowed diet soft drinks.
